Here’s one intriguing side effect of the rise of social media: it turns out celebrities absolutely love posting pictures of themselves as children! And why not? 1. Future heartthrob
This kid seems to have been snapped on a stage: very appropriate. His older self posted this pic on Instagram in 2017 after he’d already appeared in some of the most popular and beloved movies of all time.
He captioned it, “Velour tracksuits are always a good idea… off to steal your girl.” And yep, this guy still has the ability to steal any girl he likes. During his most active years he was constantly voted one of the sexiest men in showbusiness.
Orlando Bloom
Of course, Orlando Bloom is still gorgeous! But, sorry ladies, he’s taken. He’s the partner of American singing superstar Katy Perry, and in 2020 the pair had a daughter together. They’re not actually married yet, but maybe one day?

2. Everyone’s favorite home cook
Our next star posted this picture on Mother’s Day 2023. It’s her younger self and her mother, who was known as “Big Martha”; they both look very happy indeed.
Once this celeb grew into adulthood she started living a completely wild life that took in not only a stint as an incredibly popular television presenter, but also a stint in jail. Her mother stood by her all the way, as did her fans, and she’s still got a huge fandom to this day.
Martha Stewart
The celeb in question was, of course, Martha Stewart. She’s a grandmother now, believe it or not: her daughter Alexis had two children in the 2010s after a long struggle with fertility. Now, they’re all one big happy family and Stewart has put her prison sentence behind her.
Stewart is still a very active television personality, and now she’s famous for something else as well. In 2023 at the age of 81, she became the oldest cover model to date for the magazine Sports Illustrated.
